Apple iOS 10 Update: No More Adult And Nazi GIFs On iMessage
With its latest iOs 10 update, Apple brings a new filter to stop adult and Nazi images from appearing in the search queries within its iMessage app. The latest Apple iOS 10 update, reportedly the biggest one till date, was rolled out on September 13th. The update brought a basket of new cool features to its users globally.
The users, however, reported that searching terms like “huge”, “pony” and plenty others is resulting in GIF search results with adult themes and even pornographic content.
The goof up happened as probably the Apple forgot to set a filter to prevent this. But now, Apple is working on a filter to flush out the X-rated GIFs and that new search results with the same terms either show no results or filtered ones.
This would be the top rated feature in iOS in Apple’s iOS 10 software update. The feature aims at offering iMessage users a way to communicate with richer conversations. With the update, the app has been updated with othet features as well including speech bubble animations, stickers and special effects.
