Duplicate Titles Do Not Create Panda Search Quality Issue: Google
Finally, Google answered a typical query that webmasters wanted to resolve. The question was whether or not duplicate titles in articles and content are a problem element for Google Panda?
In a latest Webmaster Hangout, Google’s John Mueller unfolded his views. He said that duplicate title and Meta description don’t create a search quality issue for Panda algorithm.

He said that Titles and Meta Tags are important to a page but that doesn’t necessarily make them a sign of search quality. He added that your site might continue to rank well despite the fact that it has duplicate title and Meta tags. Google takes several considerations into the account as a whole while testing a website quality.
John recommended that if your website has problems with title and description, you should go and fix it. And relax, won’t be affecting the quality of the site. See the complete video here:
