Facebook, the social network Juggernaut, announced on Thursday induction of two new faces to Facebook global marketing solutions team.
The new members who will join the team are – former Verve CEO Nada Stirratt and former THX Product Marketing president and CEO Ty Ahmad-Taylor.
Facebook Global Marketing Solutions Team Appoints Two New Faces
Stirratt will be the new vice president of Facebook’s global marketing solutions in U.S. and Canada, and will look into the possibilities of how to expand the social network’s advertising business in the two countries. He will also strategize different ways to strengthen the relationships between marketers, agencies and consumers.
Before his stint as CEO of location-based mobile marketing platform Verve, she worked as the chief revenue officer title at both Acxiom and MySpace.
Ahmad-Taylor, the other name in the list of recruitment at Facebook global marketing solutions team, will be the VP of product marketing at the team. Before his stint at THX, he was VP of Smart TV services at Samsung, founder and CEO of FanFeedr and senior VP of product development and strategy at Viacom.
