Yeah, it’s true. Rumors are making rounds that the social network has begun testing to integrate notifications of Facebook, Messenger and Instagram together. Though, no official word yet, some of the screenshot shared by Twitteratis confirm the news.
To recall, such an arrangement is already there for businesses. Back in November, Facebook rolled out an integrated inbox for businesses, allowing them to see their notifications from their Facebook, Messenger and Instagram accounts in a single location. Now, the Facebook appears to be testing the same feature concept for non-business users.

Another screenshot shows that aggregated notifications for Facebook, Messenger and Instagram were moved to the top-left-hand corner, and an icon for Camera replaced the Instagram Direct icon, adjacent to the Facebook Stories icons. Stay in touch for more updates on the feature and its formal roll out.
