Facebook News Feed Goes Smarter For Giving Users More Control Over It
Your mobile Facebook experience is all set to go more interesting. Facebook, your favorite social network is testing a feature that enables users to select those friends and pages whose posts and news feeds they want to see more.
For some Facebook users on mobile, Facebook pops up a box with an animated puppy shows up, prompting the user to “See more of what you love.”
Tapping on that screen navigates user to a screen (below) with bubbles of all of the friends and pages use has connected. From here users can select which pages and friends they’d like see frequently. Facebook confirmed the test:
We are always exploring new ways to improve the Facebook experience, and are currently running a small test of a feature that lets you indicate that you’d like to see posts from a specific person or Page at the top of your News Feed.
