Korean tech magnet LG has announced the release date of its latest and most awaited flagship device LG G6. The phone will be launched on April 7, and major carriers have already started taking preorders from the enthusiastic buyers.
How To Place LG G6 Preorders?
To recall, the LG G6 is a high-end smartphone with large 5.7-inch screen with a lanky 18:9 aspect ratio and a nearly bezel-less design. This is first phone from LG family that houses Dolby Vision HDR for life like music experience.
On optics front, the device sports two 13-megapixel cameras, one of which features a 120-degree wide-angle lens. Moreover, the LG G6 is a dust- and water-resistant and offer wireless charging. The phone is available two color options — platinum or black — and one storage capacity at 32GB.
If you reside in the US and want to purchase the phone, you need to place a preorder at any of the following carriers:
Preorder From AT&T:
The carrier is currently taking preorders. For pre-ordering from AT&T, buyers may either pay $24 a month for 30 months with no money down (for a total of $720) or can pay the full retail price of $719.99 up front.
Preorder From Sprint:
The carrier is currently taking preorders. Buyers can choose from two payment options given to them. They can either pay $29.50 a month for 24 months with no money down (for a total of $708) or $708 up front. Buyers placing a pre-order at Sprint are rewarded with a free 49-inch LG HDTV with the order.
Preorder From T Mobile:
Unfortunately, the carrier hasn’t yet started taking pre-orders. However, buyers can purchase the LG G6 from T Mobile by paying up $26 a month for 24 months, with an additional $26 down payment. This brings the total cost of the device to $650.
Preorder From US Cellular:
US Cellular is also taking preorders for the phone. Buyers can choose to pay for the phone either in EMIs or upfront. If buyer chooses EMI, the payment options will be $19.92 a month for 30 months, $24.90 for 24 months and $29.88 for 20 months. The total price that buyer needs to pay in EMIs amounts to $597.60. For users looking for upfront payment option, the amount payable will be $549.99.
Preorder From Verizon:
Verizon is also open for preorders. If you choose to go EMI route, the amount you need to pay will be $28 a month for 24 months with no money down or $672 up front.
