After a series of odd rumors and leaks, it’s time for some substantial speculations about LG G6. The latest tip is about LG G6 battery. Tipsters are suggesting that the device may have a relatively large 3200 mAh battery on board. This is probably a big boost to phone’s battery power if compared to the LG G5’s battery, which was launched with a 2800mAh removable cell. The battery is durable enough to power up the device for 12 hours of non-stop internet browsing.
It is also rumored that LG may abandon its modular design this year and could come up with a non-removable one battery. The other big change that we could expect would be phone’s display. It is expected that the LG G6 will have a 5.7-inch display offering QHD resolution and 18:9 Univisium display ratio. The device is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC. No words have been made yet on storage and RAM configuration. LG has also confirmed that the phone will be waterproof, and would have a camera which can capture “everything all at once!”
Other unconfirmed reports are suggesting that G6 could feature a quad-DAC like the LG V20, for delivering superior audio quality. The LG G6 might also be the first non-Pixel phone to support Google Assistant.
