Twitter Introduces Deep Linking In Messages To Improve Customer Service
For Brands on Twitter, direct messages are essentially a great method for business-customer conversation. But, when customers are required to furnish personal information that couldn’t be sent through a normal tweet, a private channel is needed.
Twitter is now making this process more intriguing and streamlined. A brand can now add a deep link to their Tweets. The deep link then displays a call to action button, which helps customer to send the business a Direct Message, quickly and easily to begin a conversation.
