Twitter, the premier micro-blogging website has decided to open its archive to the public. The decision will enable every single user to search the archive that piles up not less than trillions of tweets.
From today itself, Twitter search engine will start indexing half a trillion tweets. Earlier the archive was only available and accessible to the selected partners. The announcement came via Twitter engineering blog.
This move will make tweets accessible to the every single user through twitter’s public search.
