Twitter Third Party Two Factor Authentication Is Live Now
To make Twitter access safe and secure, Twitter finally tendered support to Twitter Third Party Two Factor Authentication apps. Android Police reported the news. That means, Twitter users can now use third party two factor authentication apps such as Google Authenticator or LastPass Authenticator to log in to their accounts with complete safety and privacy.
Twitter Third Party Two Factor Authentication Feature
Twitter users can activate this feature by approaching Settings menu on Twitter’s website, go to Account, and look for “Login verification” under the Security heading.
Long before arriving to third part support, the two-factor authentication feature has been with Twitter users. This is pre-requisite for Twitter users to activate this system before being allowed to set up a third-party authenticator app.
Once users activate the Twitter’s two-step authentication, they can click the button reading “Setup a code generator app” to activate the third-party app of their choice. This is how Twitter users can use Twitter Third Party Two Factor Authentication without hassle.
