Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Tipped With 6.44 Inch Display and 6 GB RAM
We’ve recently seen soaring craze of smartphones with bezel-less display. Several leaked images of Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and LG’s LG G6 hinted how grand and elegant these devices would be.
Now it’s Xiaomi’s turn to show off its charm with a device with minimal bezels. Xiaomi had grabbed eye balls when it released launched Xiaomi Mi Max last year. This year, the company would probably unveil new white variant of the phone dubbed ‘ Xiaomi Mi Max 2’ at Consumer Electronics Show.
There had been rumors that Chinese smartphone maker might release the successor to the Mix with a 6.4-inch panel, but now fresh rumors are suggesting Mi Max 2 with 6.44-inch panel. The phone will be launched in May 2017.
In addition to the large display that we are expecting, the Mi Max 2 might have a Snapdragon 660 processor as well. The phone may have up to 6GB of RAM with 128GB of built-in storage, and a 5,000 mAh battery. If rumors are true, the phone would be similar to the design of the original Max.
Other key specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 like camera, connectivity, and software hasn’t been reveled yet. We can further assume that the Mi Max 2 would run on Android 7.0 Nougat-based MIUI 9.
